- Identifyandengageactive/engagednurseprofiles
- Managebothcountrycalendartimingforcontent Trackcompetitorrecruitmentagencies'socialpresenceandmessaging

EuropeSide

- ResearchGerman/Europeancarehomeandhospitalsocialmediapresence,recruitmentmessaging,andemployerbranding trends
- MonitorGermannursing-sectorhashtags,groups,andinfluencer/creatoractivity(e.G.,nursesalreadyworkinginGermany)



Flagpartnership-relevantsignals(languageschools,recognitionbodies,agencies)worthoutreach
- Supporttranslation/localizationchecksforEurope-facingcontent(workingwithGerman-speakingreviewers)
- Cross-Cutting Weeklyresearchreportssummarizingtrends,competitormoves,andcontentopportunitiesonbothsides Basicperformancetracking(reach,engagement,followergrowth)onmanagedhandles
- Coordinatewithcontent/designteamonassetrequests
