ROLE OVERVIEW

Responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing/configuring SAP BODS solutions, supporting production & quality processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for effective business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyze business requirements and provide SAP BODS solutions
- Develop, configure and support SAP BODS processes
- Work on master data creation and data integration
- Support production planning and quality management requirements
- Handle demand management, production orders, MRP and quality notifications
- Work with Change Master, Batch Management, Serial Number Management and FFF Class
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide end-user support/training
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for implementation and integration
