Role Description

- To supervise and contribute in the functions of Sales within the Sales Department at ibis Mumbai Hotels, ensuring that various activities of the hotel are properly and accurately recorded in accordance with Accor’s Policies & Procedures and local regulations.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seeking out current sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and going on sales calls.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.s and reports with sales and financial data.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Account management and relationship-building abilities,



with experience handling corporate and group clients.
- Competence in negotiation, contract management, and revenue optimization in a hospitality or service-focused environment.
- Ability to analyze market trends, prepare sales reports and use sales management tools effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales management is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Capacity to work on-site in Thane, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, inclusivity, and respect for diverse guests and colleagues.
