nSenshin Marga is hiring on behalf of a leading listed Japanese manufacturer of rotary packaging machines and peripheral equipment for a Japanese-speaking Sales Engineer based in Okhla, New Delhi.

n? Location: Okhla, Recent Delhi

n? Experience: 4–10 years

n? Compensation: Up to ₹22 LPA

n?? Japanese: JLPT N3 or N2 required

nKey Responsibilities:

n• Drive business development, identify prospects and close sales

n• Develop and manage Indian channel partners

n• Work closely with Japanese leadership on India market activities

n• Prepare quotations and sales proposals

n• Adapt and translate Japanese sales & marketing materials for the Indian market

n• Coordinate with customers, channel partners and internal teams

n• Support day-to-day sales operations, reporting and performance tracking

n• Travel up to 25% for business development and coordination

nIdeal Candidate:





n• Bachelor’s degree; technical or management background preferred

n• 4–10 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial machinery, packaging equipment or related sectors

n• Strong communication skills in English

n• JLPT N3 or N2 Japanese proficiency

n• Ability to work independently and effectively in a cross-cultural environment
