We are looking for a Decision Science Tech Lead to drive data-driven business and operational decisions using Data Science Analytics Forecasting Machine Learning and Optimization . The role involves leading analytics initiatives managing stakeholders mentoring a team and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytics initiatives across forecasting capacity planning productivity process optimization service operations and resource allocation .
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Build/review predictive statistical forecasting optimization and scenario models .
- Develop KPI frameworks dashboards and decision-support solutions.
- Lead and mentor analysts/data scientists and ensure quality delivery.
- Work closely with senior business operations product and technology stakeholders.
- Present analytical insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex .
