Job Title : Structured Deal Review Analyst Analyst/Senior Analyst

Experience : 2 to 4 Years

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

- Review trade structures of exotic financial products and assess expected payoffs to identify booking methodology and documentation risks.

- Propose amendments to booking methodology and trade documentation.

- Perform scenario testing to validate cash flows and ensure models capture all contractual features.

- Liaise with Traders Regional Stakeholders Documentation Model Validation and Quant teams.

- Prepare control MIS and provide KRI/KPI reports to senior management.

- Develop automated solutions to strengthen deal review processes and controls.

Requisites

- Strong knowledge of Financial Products Trade Structures and Financial Modelling.





- Understanding of Exotic Derivatives Cash Flows and Payoff Structures.

- Experience in Trade Review Booking Methodology and Trade Documentation.

- Knowledge of Scenario Testing Model Validation and Risk Controls.

- Solid analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.

- Knowledge of MIS KRI/KPI reporting and process automation is preferred.

- Ability to work with Traders Quants and cross-functional teams.
