Job Description

This is a senior, client-facing Reinsurance Domain & Solution Consulting / Pre-Sales role within insurance business. The position will act as a regional Subject Matter Expert for reinsurance, supporting opportunities across the APAC region.

The role involves working closely with insurers and reinsurers, understanding their business requirements, developing and positioning solutions, supporting sales pursuits, and helping win large and complex opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Act as a Reinsurance Subject Matter Expert across Life and/or P&C; reinsurance.
n
- Engage with senior stakeholders including Department Heads, Actuaries, CIOs/CTOs and CxOs.
n
- Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals and solution development for insurance and reinsurance clients.
n
- Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, workshops and POCs.
n
- Translate client business requirements into appropriate technology solutions.
n
- Work closely with Sales, Product and Delivery teams across geographies.
n
- Provide solution strategy and domain guidance throughout the sales/pursuit lifecycle.
n




- Contribute market and industry insights to reinsurance product teams.
n
- Build and maintain solid relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
n
- Support positioning of SICS/Assure Reinsurance platform and related solutions.
n

Key Requirements

n

n
- Strong, hands-on Reinsurance domain experience in Life and/or P&C.;
n
- Good understanding of Treaty and Facultative reinsurance processes.
n
- Experience with reinsurance systems/platforms such as SICS/Assure or comparable solutions.
n
- Strong experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Business Consulting or Solutioning.
n
- Experience handling RFPs/RFIs, proposals, client demos and/or POCs.
n
- Strong client-facing experience with senior business and technology stakeholders.
n
- Experience working with the technology/IT services industry and sizeable accounts.
n
- Strong communication, presentation, consulting and negotiation skills.
n
- APAC/multi-country client exposure would be an advantage.
n
- Willingness to travel across APAC as required.
