Birla Pivot (Grasim Industries Ltd., an Aditya Birla Group venture) is looking for a Logistics Operation Executive to join our Operations & Customer Experience team!

n

Location: Bangalore

n

Type: 11-month Contract (Off-roll)

n

Reporting to: Team Manager – Logistics Operations

n

What you'll do:

n

Track shipments end-to-end via TMS & transporter networks

n

Coordinate with drivers & transporters on issue resolution

n

Drive POD collection & documentation compliance

n

Manage exceptions, claims & trip closures

n

Maintain MIS reports & operational dashboards

n

What we're looking for:

n

Graduate in Commerce/Business/Logistics/Supply Chain

n

1–2 years in logistics ops, shipment tracking, or escalation handling

n

Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP/CRM (Zoho) exposure preferred

n

Solid communication & stakeholder management skills

n
