Role Description The Sales Counselor - Work From Home role is a full-time remote position responsible for guiding prospective learners and families through Fantastiqo’s educational offerings. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting outbound and inbound calls, explaining course features and benefits, and helping prospects select suitable programs. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on leads, and meeting enrollment and sales targets while ensuring a supportive and informative experience for every potential learner.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain educational programs clearly and build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Experience in customer service and customer satisfaction, with a focus on providing empathetic, solution-oriented support.
- Proven sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and meeting or exceeding targets in an education or service-based environment.
- Solid organization skills, including time management, record-keeping, and the ability to prioritize multiple inquiries and follow-ups.
- Comfort working remotely with reliable internet connectivity and proficiency in using CRM tools, video conferencing platforms, and standard office software.
- Prior experience in education counseling, edtech, or telesales is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree in business, education, or a related field is preferred.
