They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the rural lending business of the bankAbout the RoleImplementation of policies and modifying the processes accordingly. Analyzing existing processes and recommending process changes to initiate cost savings, optimizing resources and enhance operational efficiency.

Identifying process risks and defining manual and system controls to mitigate the risks. Operationalizing recent Retail Loan products as per requirement from business in co-ordination with technology team for various system developments.Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional:

� Working knowledge of Retail Assets Business, especially Mortgage, Wheels & Consumer Loans products & PSL reporting

� Working knowledge of handling Customer Service.

� Knowledge of all regulatory requirements - business related.

� Data Analytics and Metrics performance management.

� Analysing existing processes and recommending process changes to initiate cost savings,



optimizing resources and enhance operational efficiency.

� Drive and oversee projects which are critical to channel & process development & improvement.

� MIS & dash boarding, with data analytics to cull insights, to drive decision making and identify new opportunities.

� Automating / digitizing Operational processes/products under Retail Lending.

� Manage various Operational activities to support business������ .

� Managing & driving Operations Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).

� Drive efficiency in productivity

Risk & Compliance:

� Audit management � Internal & External

� Identifying process risks and defining manual and system controls to mitigate the risks

� Managing various Operation Risk Metrics derived time to time

� Co-ordination with Technology team for various system developments and UAT.

Qualifications� Graduate / Post graduate in Management

� 4� 8� years of experience in a large consumer lending organization handling central / regional role in Operations
