Role Overview

n

We are seeking high-energy Inside Sales Executives fluent in regional languages to join our Pune hub. In this role, you will handle high-intent inbound inquiries, qualify prospective homeowners, and schedule high-converting consultations for our field sales team across key regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Inbound Lead Qualification: Engage with inbound homeowner leads, evaluate their energy requirements, and schedule meetings for field consultants.
n
- Customer Engagement: Clearly explain rooftop solar benefits and address initial queries over the phone.
n
- Funnel & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM,



follow up on unresponsive leads, and track conversion funnel metrics.
n
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Share customer insights with team leads to optimize regional sales strategies.
n

Qualifications & Requirements

n

Must-Have:

n

n
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or customer-facing sales roles.
n
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
n
- Fluency in at least one regional language: Gujarati, Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada.
n
- Proficiency working with CRM tools and understanding basic sales funnel metrics.
n
- Results-driven attitude with strong objection-handling skills.
n

Good-to-Have:

n

- Experience in fast-paced D2C startups, renewable energy, real estate, or high-ticket consumer sales.
n
- Experience managing reporting dashboards or MS Excel for daily target tracking.
