- About the Role

Veelo Mobility is a fast-growing player in the electric vehicle ecosystem, specializing in EV Two wheelers as a Service and Batteries as a Service. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven State Head to lead our business, operations, and market expansion across West Bengal. The role demands a strong balance of P&L; ownership, dealer/retail network management, fleet & service operations, and team leadership to establish Veelo as a category leader in the state's Battery As a Service segment.

- Key Responsibilities
/n

State P&L;

/n

/n
- Own the West Bengal state P&L;
/n
- Open hubs in new districts as per demand and deploy sales & service teams on those hubs
/n
- Oversee onboarding of current dealers around the hubs being opened
/n
- Ensuring SOP Compliance for dealer & customer onboarding
/n
- Ensuring periodic inventory reconciliation compliances
/n




- Ensuring 100% compliance on underwriting process and coordinating with the Central team for the same
/n
- Projecting the demand for the state and raising demand with the central team
/n
- Managing spare parts availability for the service team at all the hubs
/n
- Building marketing strategy in consultation with the central team
/n
- Ensuring achievement of allocation & collection targets on a monthly basis for the entire state
/n

MIS, Compliance & Escalation Management

/n

/n
- Prepare and present regular MIS reports and dashboards on sales, operations, and financial performance to leadership.
/n
- Ensure compliance with state EV policies, RTO regulations, and battery safety/handling norms.
/n
- Handle customer and channel-partner escalations promptly to maintain service quality and brand reputation.
