Job DescriptionAbout The Role
NWe are looking for an experienced and highly credible integrity qualified to lead our Integrity function across our Asian Sourcing organization. This is a senior leadership role responsible for advancing our ethics agenda, overseeing investigations into misconduct and compliance concerns, strengthening our Integrity Program, and fostering a culture of ethical business practices throughout our operations and supply chain network. This role will work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, suppliers, production partners, and external service providers.
NKey Responsibilities
nLead Investigations & Resolution Management

- Lead and oversee investigations into allegations involving breaches of the Code of Ethics & Conduct, company policies, integrity standards, and regulatory requirements. N
- Collaborate with external compliance providers to facilitate investigations and ensure appropriate resolution of reported concerns. N
- Determine appropriate resolution channels, corrective actions, and escalation requirements,
exercising sound judgment in complex and sensitive situations. N
nDrive Integrity Program Excellence

- Manage and continuously enhance C&A;'s Fairness Channel and integrity reporting framework. N
- Monitor program effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices. N
- Develop, maintain, and update integrity-related policies, procedures and training materials. N
nTraining, Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

- Deliver integrityand compliance training programs for employees and supply chain partners, fostering awareness and understanding of ethical standards and expected business conduct. N
- Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment on ethics standards and decisions. N
- Build trusted relationships with leaders and business partners across different cultures and geographies. N
