We are hiring a Oracle PCM Specialist

Mode: Hybrid - Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Position Requirements

n

You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

n

- Translate business needs into Technology enabled solutions
n
- Responsible for planning delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, development & delivery of Oracle PCM/PCMCS solutions
n
- Provide functional knowledge and technical expertise in Allocation Rules, Cost Pools and Profitability Modeling
n
- Will be expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering till project closure
n
- Will be responsible for the complete solution design using Oracle PCM/PCMCS
n
- Lead a team and Mentor / supervise junior team members during the project tenure




n
- Work independently on project delivery and manage stakeholders (both internal and external)
n
- Good understanding of Allocation rules, and Profitability & Cost Management processes
n

Desired Skills/Must have skills

n

Candidate should possess

n

n
- 5+ Years of Consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background.
n
- Worked on at least 2 PCM/PCMCS Implementations
n
- Good understanding of Allocation Rules, Drivers, Cost Pools, Traceability and Reporting in PCMCS
n
- Experience in building Allocation Models and Multi-dimensional Profitability Analysis
n
- Valuable communication skills with respect to understanding their requirements and explaining our point of view with cohesiveness, clarity, and confidence
n
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
