Must Have Skills:

1. DP Administration :

Resources having various middleware administrator such as IBM APIC V5, WebSphere Data power XI50 XI52, IDG, X2, WebSphere Application Server (6.1, 7.0).

1. Firm Ware Upgrade :

- Must have knowledge Firmware upgradation and degradation.

1. Troubleshooting :

- Experienced in problem tracing, log management, scripting to invocate problem determination and involved diagnostic traces, trace route and debug probe for DataPower

Valuable to have:

Should have sound knowledge services like : web,mpgw,xml etc.

- Worked in various environments such as AIX and Linux .
- Working knowledge of fix packs, cumulative fixes, Firmware and flip modules.
- Creation of User, domain etc.
- Ssl renewal process.
- Device initialization.
- Backup and restore .
- Working knowledge various ITIL Tools like snow and Jira tools etc.
- Opened PMR’s with IBM to solve various issues related to the environment
- DataPower DR exercise for Cluster recovery worst case scenario for availability with minimal resources.
