and customer journeys.Hands-on knowledge of Emarsys Automation Center, Segmentation, Campaign Management, and Engagement Channels.Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, data integration, and external system integrations.Understanding of customer lifecycle, lead nurturing, retention, and engagement processes.Good knowledge of data structures, data mapping, and data quality concepts.Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.?
