Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Rebar Detailer and Checker. The role involves preparing accurate rebar shop drawings based on structural and architectural plans, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

The Rebar

Detailer and Checker will review and verify bar lists, quantities, and placement details, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and design issues. Daily responsibilities include interpreting steel structure drawings,



performing quality checks on detailing work, updating documentation, and maintaining consistent communication to support project schedules and deadlines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in rebar detailing, including Rebar and Steel Detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting design documents, including Shop Drawings and Architectural Drawings.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of structural systems, including Steel Structures.
- Proficiency with relevant detailing and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, or similar tools) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to perform accurate calculations, and commitment to quality control are required.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in civil/structural engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Effective remote collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to meet deadlines independently.
