About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end procurement activities for our electronic security and E-surveillance operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in supplier sourcing, vendor management, price negotiation, procurement planning, and timely delivery of electronic security equipment and installation materials.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

- Source, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers for electronic security equipment and installation materials.

- Procure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, Access Control devices, sensors, cabling, networking equipment, and software licenses.

- Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery.

Vendor Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, pricing, service, and delivery timelines.

- Identify new suppliers and monitor market trends, product developments, and pricing.

Inventory & Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, Project, and Installation Teams regarding material requirements.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.

- Ensure purchases comply with company budgets, quality standards, and internal procurement policies.

Documentation & Finance Coordination





- Maintain accurate procurement records, quotations, POs, vendor details, and related documentation.

- Coordinate with the Finance Team for invoice processing and payment follow-ups.

- Track purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Good knowledge of electronic security and surveillance products.

- Understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Electronics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3–5+ years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in the electronics, security, or surveillance industry.

- Experience with ERP or procurement systems such as SAP, Tally, Zoho, or similar platforms is an advantage.
