The Purchase Executive strengthens Decospaa’s supply chain by ensuring the right materials are sourced at the right price, quality, and timeline. This role handles vendor negotiations, purchase orders, delivery coordination, stock checks, and documentation. With daily PO creation and constant vendor interaction, the Purchase Executive ensures uninterrupted material flow for all projects and maintains cost accuracy, budget adherence, and timely procurement.
This role plays a vital function in reducing project delays, improving margins, and driving operational efficiency across departments including execution, design, and sales.
Requirements
Graduate / Supply Chain qualification preferred
Robust negotiation, vendor management, Excel usage
PO creation, dispatch coordination, data accuracy
Experience: 1–3 years purchase or supply chain
