Role Description This is a full-time on-site Project Manager role based in Ahmedabad.

The Project

Manager will oversee interior design and build projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met across all phases. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with design teams, clients, and the manufacturing facility, managing project schedules, tracking material and furniture production, and supervising on-site execution and installation. The role involves monitoring progress, resolving issues,



ensuring compliance with client specifications and drawings, and preparing regular status reports for internal stakeholders and clients.

The Project

Manager will also collaborate closely with vendors and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and effective resource utilization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track orders, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of materials and furniture.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify quality, adherence to specifications, and compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage shipments, site deliveries, inventory, and resource allocation.
- Relevant experience in interior design, construction, or fit-out projects, preferably in a similar on-site project management role.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
