nWe're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with 4–6 years of experience to manage multiple software projects and support projects concurrently. You will take ownership of delivery from project kick-off through planning, execution, UAT, go-live and post-go-live support.

nWe're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, confident in decision-making, and able to work independently while coordinating a remote delivery team and supporting junior PMs.

- Plan and manage multiple concurrent custom software projects from kick-off through to go-live and post-go-live support.
n
- Manage ongoing support projects alongside project delivery work.
n
- Create and maintain project schedules, priorities, resources and delivery plans.
n
- Coordinate Developers, BAs, QA and other team members to ensure work is progressing as planned.
n
- Track project progress, risks, blockers, dependencies and resource utilisation, taking action where required.
n
- Make timely and practical decisions to keep projects moving and resolve delivery challenges.
n
- Collaborate smoothly with remote, distributed teams, delivering results at a sustainable pace.
n
- Manage project tickets, including prioritisation, assignment, status tracking and billing updates.
n
- Coordinate UAT, Production releases and post-go-live support activities.
n
- Prepare project status reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
n




- Support and provide day-to-day guidance to Junior and Associate Project Managers.
n
- Contribute to improving PM processes, templates and ways of working.
n
- Use AI tools and automation where appropriate to improve reporting, documentation and day-to-day PM efficiency.

nREQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 4–6 years' experience as a Project Manager , preferably within custom software development or IT services.
n
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
n
- Strong planning, organisation, coordination and follow-up skills.
n
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
n
- Experience working closely with Developers, BAs, AMs and QA teams.
n
- Comfortable working with remote and distributed teams.
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities and keep projects moving.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Able to work independently and take ownership of delivery.
n
- Ability to support and guide Junior/Associate PMs.
n
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment with changing priorities.
n
- Interest in using AI and automation to improve project management efficiency.

nNICE TO HAVE

- PMP, PRINCE2, and/or Agile certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP).
n
- Familiarity with web/mobile app architecture, API integrations, and data migration concepts.
n
- Prior experience mentoring or managing junior PMs or coordinators.
n
- Exposure to multiple industries or verticals through custom software or consulting delivery.
