We are looking for a mid-level to senior Project Coordinator who can take ownership of assigned projects and work directly with our US-based clients and project teams.
We are looking for someone who can work independently from day one, take responsibility for project outcomes and eventually grow into a Project Manager / Team Lead role.
We need someone with genuine construction experience who understands how projects move from planning through execution and can proactively manage the details that keep a project on track.
The Role The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of assigned US construction projects and will act as an important link between clients, contractors, designers, vendors and our internal teams.
You will work closely with:

- Architects and interior designers
- Estimating and quantity take-off teams
- Purchasing and procurement
- Subcontractors, vendors and suppliers
- Our India-based project and operations teams
The role requires someone who can look at a project and quickly understand: What is complete? What is outstanding? What is holding things up? What needs to happen next? Who needs to act? And what could become a problem if it is not addressed now?
