We are looking for a Project Architect to join our team in Bengaluru. The role involves taking projects from concept development through execution and completion, with strong involvement in design, documentation, coordination, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects from concept to completion
- Manage and coordinate project teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors
- Develop and review drawings, details, and construction documentation
- Manage project timelines, submissions, and deliverables
- Conduct regular site visits and oversee execution and quality
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction
- Resolve design and execution-related issues on site

Requirements





- B.Arch / M.Arch
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction
- Solid site execution and coordination skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and relevant visualization software
- Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in high-end residential projects will be preferred
