Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Planning Control role located in Kozhikode. The role involves preparing and managing production schedules to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of footwear products.

The Production Planning

Control team member will coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to balance capacity, materials, and demand. Daily tasks include monitoring production progress, resolving scheduling conflicts, adjusting plans to address delays or changes in orders,



and maintaining accurate records for reporting and analysis. The role also requires collaboration with supervisors and management to optimize workflow and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules.
- Candidates should possess strong Planning and Analytical Skills to balance demand, capacity, and resources.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in manufacturing or footwear production, especially in planning or operations roles, is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode and adapt to a fast-paced production setting.
- Proficiency with production planning tools or ERP systems is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
