The ideal candidate is curious, structured, visually clear, and comfortable working closely with design, engineering, QA, implementation, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Map user journeys, process flows, screen flows, edge cases, and role-based experiences for onboarding, credentialing, document review, verification, and reporting workflows.
- Translate product ideas, operational pain points, and stakeholder feedback into wireframes, clickable prototypes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, QA testers, and operations teams to explore options before development begins.
- Use prototypes to support discovery sessions, workflow reviews, usability feedback, internal demos, and requirement validation.
- Document product decisions, workflow assumptions, dependencies, and open questions in a clear and organized way.
- Help maintain the product backlog by refining user stories, clarifying requirements, and connecting prototype behavior to expected system behavior.
- Review implemented features against prototypes, requirements, and acceptance criteria to ensure the intended experience is delivered.
- Analyze user feedback, support themes, workflow gaps, and adoption signals to recommend product improvements.
- Support release preparation by helping with demos, training notes, feature summaries, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills and Experience

- 3 to 6 years of experience in product management,

product operations, UX, business analysis, implementation, or a related product role.
- Strong prototyping skills using tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, Balsamiq, Lucidchart, Whimsical, Axure, or similar tools.
- Ability to create clear wireframes, user flows, screen flows, workflow diagrams, and clickable prototypes.
- Strong understanding of how to convert user needs and business rules into product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Comfortable working with complex forms, dashboards, role-based permissions, document workflows, status tracking, and approval processes.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to document workflows, assumptions, scenarios, and expected product behavior.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and QA teams to clarify interaction details, edge cases, validation rules, and error states.
- Valuable analytical skills and comfort using feedback, usage patterns, and operational observations to shape product decisions.
- High attention to detail and ability to keep requirements, prototypes, and delivered functionality aligned.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with healthcare, provider onboarding, credentialing, compliance, document management, payer operations, or workflow-heavy SaaS products.
- Exposure to UX research methods, usability testing, design systems, accessibility basics, or service design.
- Experience working with Agile teams and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Linear, Trello, Confluence, or Notion.
- Basic understanding of APIs, data models, integrations, workflow automation, or reporting concepts.
- Portfolio or work samples showing prototypes, user flows, workflow diagrams, or product requirements.

Candidate Profile The right candidate is a hands-on product thinker who enjoys making abstract requirements visible. They should be comfortable sketching, prototyping, asking detailed workflow questions, and iterating quickly based on feedback. They do not need to be a visual designer, but they should be able to create prototypes that help teams make better product decisions sooner.
