Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Analyst at our Noida (Noida Sector -63) location. The Product Analyst will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, providing insights for product decisions, conducting business analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role involves defining product requirements, contributing to product management planning, and supporting data-driven solutions to enhance user experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Data Analytics tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, including identifying trends and supporting strategic efforts
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge in Product Management and a keen understanding of the product lifecycle
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a bonus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze product usage, customer behavior,



and engagement trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to support product strategy and roadmap decisions
- Build dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track product KPIs
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feature benchmarking
- Translate business requirements into actionable insights and product recommendations
- Monitor feature adoption and measure the impact of product releases
- Identify user pain points and recommend data-backed product enhancements
- Assist in A/B testing, experimentation, and performance analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define success metrics
- Support AI-driven analytics initiatives and workforce intelligence reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or Product Operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
- Understanding of SaaS products, product lifecycle, and user analytics
- Ability to interpret complex data and present clear business insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with AI, workforce analytics, or enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of product metrics such as retention, churn, DAU/MAU, feature adoption, and conversion funnels
- Experience with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Jira, or Google Analytics
- Exposure to AI-driven products or enterprise analytics platforms
