These are the operating responsibilities that will sit with you:
Team leadership: leading, as a dynamic team leader, the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the business.
Statutory compliance: ensuring full compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and all other statutory requirements.
MIS & reporting: preparing MIS, budgets, financial statements and management reports.
Audit coordination: coordinating with auditors and ensuring timely completion of audits.
Financial controls: implementing financial controls and continuously improving accounting processes.

What the job involves
Overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping, ledger accuracy and month-end close across the group's entities.
Filing GST and TDS returns and other statutory filings within deadlines, and staying current with regulatory changes.
Preparing and presenting MIS reports, budgets, cash flow statements and variance analysis to management.
Liaising with statutory, internal and tax auditors,



and closing audit queries and observations on time.
Reviewing and strengthening internal financial controls, approval workflows and accounting SOPs.
Managing SAP/ERP-based accounting workflows and driving accuracy and automation in MS Excel-based reporting.
Mentoring and supervising accounts executives, reviewing their work and building team capability.

What we are looking for
Accounting & compliance expertise: robust working knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS and financial reporting.
Systems proficiency: hands-on proficiency in SAP/ERP and MS Excel.
Leadership: proven ability to lead and mentor a team, and hold it accountable for accuracy and deadlines.
Communication: clear, confident communication with management, auditors and cross-functional teams.
Analytical discipline: good analytical judgement, comfortable flagging risks and improving processes.

QUALIFICATION B.Com / CA / CA Inter / CMA, with relevant experience in Finance & Accounts as specified above.
