ServiceNow ITAM Architect A ServiceNow ITAM IT Asset Management Architect designs implements and governs enterprisewide asset strategies They lead to the deployment of Hardware Asset Management HAM and Software Asset Management SAM modules ensuring seamless integration with CMDB ITOM and thirdparty discovery tools to optimize costs and maintain compliance

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design Architecture Define architectural vision and map requirements to outofthebox ServiceNow ITAM functionalities

Lifecycle Management Architect endtoend asset lifecycles from request and provisioning to tracking auditing and disposal

Integration Planning Design architecture integrating the platform with discovery tools

CMDB CSDM Alignment Ensure asset data accurately reflects and supports the Common Services Data Model CSDM and the Configuration Management Database

Governance Compliance Establish software license compliance metrics track cost transparency and implement upgradesafe customizations

Technical and Industry Experience

At least 12- 20 years experience in ServiceNow platform in enterprise wide multitier ServiceNow production environment





7-8 yrs experience in managing projects including implementation of ITAM CMDB Discovery and other ServiceNow modules related customizations

Positive knowledge of Networking Infrastructure and Cloud

Strong Experience on RESTSOAP based integrations and MID Server architecture

Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes Agile Scrum methodology Experience

Solid knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS

Provides program leadership to execute the platform vision

Supports resource planning release planning and provides guidance to project build teams

Act as primary point of contact for customer resources project activities and escalations

Plan project scope and establishes measurable goals

Establish the projects timelines and manage the project

Attend project governance meetings and scrum meetings

Facilitate activities through training testing go live and post go live support

Excellent crossfunctional collaboration communication and stakeholder alignment skills

Experience with release risk assessment rollback planning and postrelease support coordination

Certifications oServiceNow Administration certification oServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification various tracks HAMSAM
