We are looking for a highly experienced professional (10+ years) with strong expertise in CNC machine operations and CAM 350 designing.

This is a senior-level role for someone who can take full ownership of machine operations and the PCB production workflow.

? Machines to Handle:

2 CNC Machines

1 Dynamotion Machine

1 Lenz Machine

2 Routing + Drilling Machines

? Software Requirements:

Hands-on experience in CAM 350 (Mandatory)

PCB file handling, editing, panelization & tool path generation

? Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage CNC, routing, and drilling machines

Handle complete workflow across multiple machines

Convert PCB designs into machine-ready outputs using CAM 350

Ensure machine setup, calibration, and quality standards

Troubleshoot technical issues and minimize downtime

Maintain production efficiency and machine health

Supervise shop floor operations and coordinate with the team
