- Own the institution acquisition strategy across the assigned territory /Region and build a strong pipeline of potential partner institutions.
- Identify, approach and onboard colleges, schools, universities, coaching institutes, training centres, and other relevant education partners for student referrals.
- Take complete ownership of institutional sales – prospecting, meetings, pitching, negotiations, onboarding, and conversion.
- Build relationships with Principals, Directors, Deans, Placement Heads, Career Counsellors, HODs and senior management of institutions.
- Generate consistent student leads through institutional partnerships and ensure these leads move through the funnel to application, enrolment, and revenue.
- Set and achieve intake-wise and annual institution acquisition, lead generation, application, and enrolment targets.
- Conduct regular institutional visits and maintain a high frequency of face-to-face meetings with decision-makers.
- Develop territory-wise plans to identify high-potential institutions and convert them into active business partners.
- Organise and drive career counselling sessions, student seminars, campus activities, workshops, admission drives and institutional events to generate direct student enquiries.
- Build a strong referral network and continuously identify new channels for student acquisition.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure there is no dependency on a handful of institutions or partners.
- Track every prospect from first contact to closure and maintain accurate CRM/data on meetings, leads, applications, and conversions.
- Work closely with the Admissions, Counselling and Marketing teams to ensure speedy follow-up and maximum conversion of institutional leads.
- Analyse institution-wise performance and take corrective action where lead generation or conversion is below expectation.
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership arrangements within approved business guidelines.
- Monitor competitor activity, institutional preferences, course demand, and market movements to identify new business opportunities.
- Build robust local market intelligence and provide management with clear insights on where the next volume of students will come from.
- Take ownership of revenue contribution from the assigned institutional network.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to develop and maintain institutional relationships.
