SAP BTP (L2) Responsible for providing L2 support and minor enhancements for SAP BTP applications and integrations within the AMS workplace, ensuring platform stability and SLA adherence. Handle incidents, service requests, and troubleshoot issues across SAP BTP services, extensions, and integrations with S/4HANA landscapes. Develop and support BTP-based extensions, APIs, and integration flows while ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
Collaborate with L3 teams for complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and innovation aligned to AMS delivery
