Hiring: SAP S/4HANA & Central Finance Migration Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA & Central Finance (CFIN) Migration Functional Consultant to support large-scale ECC to S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance, and SAP S/4HANA FSCM transformation programs.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Support ECC to SAP S/4HANA Finance migration and transformation programs.
n
- Work on SAP Central Finance (CFIN) implementation and migration activities.
n
- Handle finance data migration, real-time replication, reconciliation, and validation.
n
- Support SAP S/4HANA FSCM transformation initiatives.
n
- Perform financial data validation and ensure accuracy of migrated data.
n
- Support cutover planning and execution activities.
n
- Coordinate with business, technical, integration, and data migration teams.
n
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, data integrity, and compliance across global systems.
n
- Analyze and resolve migration, replication, reconciliation, and integration issues.
n
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, mapping, validation,



and reconciliation reports.
n

Required Skills

n

n
- 9–12 years of SAP Finance experience.
n
- Solid hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
n
- Strong experience in SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
n
- Proven experience in ECC to S/4HANA Finance migration.
n
- Experience with finance data migration and real-time replication.
n
- Strong understanding of data reconciliation and validation.
n
- Experience in cutover and go-live activities.
n
- Knowledge/experience of SAP S/4HANA FSCM.
n
- Strong understanding of Finance processes and integration with other SAP modules.
n
- Experience working on global transformation / migration programs.
n
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
