Position: Sales Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 25k-60k (+Unlimited Incentives)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team for our Haryana site.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Handle sales activities and customer enquiries at the site.
n
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
n
- Attend and follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
n
- Explain project details, pricing, location and other relevant information to customers.
n
- Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the sales process.
n
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
n
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
n
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and customer interactions.
n
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth execution of sales activities.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
n

Requirements:

n

n




- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales will be preferred.
n
- Candidates with experience in property/plot sales are highly preferred.
n
- Good communication and convincing skills.
n
- Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
n
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and smartphones.
n
- Should be comfortable working from the Haryana project site.
n
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
n
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
n
