About the Role
nThis role will own Salute's ADP platform, covering both administration and project work as the company grows. This is not a pure administrator role; direct ADP development experience is required, along with a strong command of HR and payroll data.

nResponsibilities

- n
- Administer and configure ADP Workforce Now, and lead ADP-related project work as recent requirements arise.n
- Support onboarding and offboarding workflows in Salute Hub.n
- Build and troubleshoot ADP-to-Snowflake data feeds.n
- Manage HR and payroll data accuracy and integrity as headcount grows.n

nQualifications

- n
- Strong proficiency in managing HR data and ADP data specifically, not just general HRIS familiarity.n
- Direct ADP development experience, in addition to administration of existing ADP systems. Administration experience alone is not sufficient.n
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now configuration.n
- Strong attention to data accuracy and compliance.n
