- Financial Analyst – 5 Positions

Operations Manager – Key Requirements

Strong leadership and team management skills

Practical experience in Debt Syndication with Banks & NBFCs

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Good knowledge of financial instruments, lending products, and financing structures

Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Advisory & Consulting

Ability to coordinate with clients, banks, NBFCs, and internal teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in managing operations, documentation, follow-ups, and closure of financial transactions





Valuable understanding of the loan and financing process from requirement assessment to disbursement
