Job Description
Role Overview
n
We are looking for an Associate Account Manager to manage and grow our international client portfolio across the MENA region.
n
The role will serve as the central point of coordination between clients, sales, supply partners, and internal campaign teams. The ideal candidate should combine strong client-management skills with a practical understanding of performance marketing, campaign operations, attribution, and commercial delivery.
n
This is an execution-focused role for someone who can translate client objectives into actionable campaign plans, align internal and external stakeholders, and ensure campaigns meet their performance and revenue goals.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Client Management
n
n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across the MENA region.
n
- Understand each client's business objectives, campaign KPIs, target audience, attribution setup, and growth priorities.
n
- Manage onboarding, campaign planning, reporting, performance reviews, and ongoing client communication.
n
- Build strong relationships with client-side marketing, growth, acquisition, and agency teams.
n
- Identify concerns early and ensure timely resolution of campaign, tracking, quality, or delivery-related issues.
n
- Conduct regular performance reviews and present clear recommendations to clients.
n
n
Campaign and Performance Management
n
n
- Translate client briefs into clear campaign requirements for internal operations and supply teams.
n
- Monitor campaign delivery across metrics such as installs, registrations, deposits, purchases, CPA, ROAS, retention, and other relevant funnel events.
n
- Analyse performance trends and recommend optimisations based on traffic quality, conversion rates, scale potential, and unit economics.
n
- Work with campaign teams to ensure budgets are paced efficiently and client KPIs are consistently tracked.
n
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams on MMP integrations, postbacks, event mapping, attribution windows, and reporting requirements.
n
- Ensure campaign reports are accurate,
commercially relevant, and delivered on time.
n
n
Cross-Functional Coordination
n
n
- Bridge the gap between clients, sales, supply partnerships, and campaign operations.
n
- Communicate client expectations and performance feedback clearly to supply partners and internal teams.
n
- Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from deal closure to campaign activation.
n
- Coordinate with the supply team to identify suitable media channels, publishers, OEM inventory, ad networks, and programmatic opportunities.
n
- Ensure all stakeholders remain aligned on budgets, KPIs, timelines, traffic quality, and delivery commitments.
n
- Support billing reconciliation by coordinating approved numbers, campaign reports, and client validations.
n
n
Account Growth
n
n
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional markets, campaigns, channels, or commercial models.
n
- Support renewal and upselling conversations using campaign performance and business outcomes.
n
- Maintain revenue forecasts, campaign pipelines, and account-level growth plans.
n
- Help improve client retention by maintaining consistent communication, transparency, and performance ownership.
n
n
Required Experience and Skills
n
n
- 3–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, campaign management, or performance marketing.
n
- Prior experience working with an ad network, performance marketing agency, affiliate network, programmatic platform, mobile advertising company, or digital media agency.
n
- Good understanding of performance marketing models such as CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS, and ROAS.
n
- Familiarity with mobile measurement platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust,
Branch, Singular, or Kochava.
n
- Ability to interpret campaign data and convert it into transparent actions and client recommendations.
n
- Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional coordination skills.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
n
- Comfortable managing international clients and working across different time zones.
n
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and presentation tools.
n
- Must currently reside in Mumbai and be comfortable working from the Mumbai office.

Preferred Qualifications
n
n
- Experience managing clients or campaigns across the MENA region.
n
- Exposure to fintech, gaming, e-commerce, travel, or mobile-first consumer applications.
n
- Understanding of OEM advertising, in-app inventory, programmatic media, retargeting, and affiliate marketing.
n
- Experience handling campaign reconciliations, billing validations, and commercial discussions.
n
- Familiarity with fraud prevention, attribution discrepancies, and traffic-quality analysis.
n
