WE’RE HIRING | MICE EXECUTIVE – OPERATIONS

Are you experienced in MICE, Events or Hospitality Operations and enjoy managing events from planning to on-ground execution?

We’re looking for a MICE Executive – Operations to join our growing team.

? Location: Vikaspuri, Current Delhi – 110018

? Nearest Metro: Janakpuri West Metro Station

? Experience: 1–1.5 Years

? Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month

? Department: Operations

✈️ Travel: Willingness to travel is required

? Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end MICE operations for corporate meetings, conferences, exhibitions, incentives & offsites

Coordinate with hotels, venues, vendors, production agencies & service providers

Prepare proposals, quotations, checklists, rooming lists, movement plans & event schedules

Manage accommodation, transportation, delegate movement & on-ground execution

Handle vendor coordination, negotiation & budget management

Supervise event setup, branding, production & dismantling

Coordinate with clients and internal teams for seamless event execution





Handle last-minute operational challenges and ensure quality delivery

- Maintain vendor records, expenses, invoices & post-event documentation

? What We’re Looking For

✔️ 1–1.5 years of relevant MICE / Events / Hospitality experience

✔️ Strong communication & coordination skills

✔️ Vendor management & negotiation skills

✔️ Strong understanding of event operations

✔️ Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously

✔️ Excellent problem-solving & attention to detail

✔️ Comfortable with travel, flexible working hours & event-day responsibilities
