nKey Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide Operational support to new access provisioning requirements
n
- Provide Consultation support to various product areas (domains/verticals)
n
- Able to independently work to troubleshoot access issues for end users
n
- Conduct comprehensive IT audits of vendor operations within infrastructure, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
n
- Identify, assess, and report on IT risks associated with vendor access and operations within environment.
n
- Stay updated on the latest IT audit trends , security vulnerabilities, and evolving infrastructure and security landscape.
n
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the VOVO IT audit program and methodologies.
n





nMinimum Qualifications:

n

n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to diverse audiences.
n
- Able to work independently and flexible with shift timings
n
- Use of tools such as spreadsheets, pivot tables, databases, command line interfaces
n
- Knowledge of SQL and markup will be added advantage
n
- Should be a team player and work collaboratively internally with stakeholders and externally with suppliers
n
- Experience auditing within a large-scale, complex technology environment (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, other hyperscale clouds).
n
- Familiarity with internal tools, systems, and security protocols, specifically related to vendor access and infrastructure.
n
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
n

nWork Experience

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
n
- Experience of Technical Helpdesk/Customer Service/Access Management Environment
n
- Experience in IT audit, information security, or risk management, with a focus on infrastructure and/or vendor assessments.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
n
