nPosition Overview:

nAt HexaHealth , we are hiring an Executive – Medical Coordinator to manage patient interactions as part of our partnership with Narayana Health. This is a call-center based role involving both inbound and outbound calls, where you will guide patients through their surgical journey.

nThe role covers two segments:

n● High-End Surgeries : Cases like cardiac (bypass), cancer, etc.

n● Post-Op / OPD Conversions : Follow-ups and converting consultations into surgeries.

nKey Responsibilities:

n● Patient Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact, guiding patients through their treatment journey with explicit and empathetic communication.

n● Consultation Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, diagnostics, and hospital visits with doctors and facilities under Narayana Health.

n● Medical Case Handling: Understand patient requirements and align them with the appropriate department, doctor, or treatment plan.

n● Pre & Post-Surgery Support:



Assist with pre-surgery preparations and ensure timely post-operative follow-ups and care coordination.

n● Inbound & Outbound Calls: Manage patient interactions for follow-ups, updates, and overall case coordination.

n● CRM & Coordination: Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with hospital teams and internal stakeholders for seamless case management.

nSkills we seek:

n● Communication & Patient Handling : Strong verbal skills with a patient-first, empathetic approach.

n● Coordination & Multitasking : Ability to manage multiple cases, schedules, and follow-ups efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

n● Basic Medical & Tech Understanding : Familiarity with medical terminology along with comfort using CRM tools and systems.
