About the Role

ITC Limited – India Tobacco Division (ITD) is hiring high-potential engineering graduates for the role of Manager – Technical. The selected candidates will be part of the core technical leadership pipeline and will contribute to manufacturing excellence, engineering operations, and strategic project execution across ITD units.

This role offers accelerated growth in manufacturing operations, engineering, data-driven decision-making, and project management within a high-performance FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities





- Drive manufacturing and engineering targets across functions such as:
- Production Operations

- Quality Management

- Logistics & Supply Chain

- Engineering & Maintenance

- Project Management

- Manage shop-floor operations including:

- Manpower supervision

- Resource planning and allocation

- Production output and finished goods delivery

- Lead and execute critical cross-functional projects

- Ensure adherence to

- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

- Safety & Quality standards

- Continuous improvement frameworks

- Apply structured problem-solving and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency

- Potential involvement in data-driven initiatives within manufacturing operations

Knowledge & Skills Required

B.E. / B.Tech in:

Experience Requirement

- 1–3 years of post-qualification work experience

- Mandatory: Experience managing departments/shifts with product delivery targets in a supply chain system

- Preferred sectors
- FMCG Manufacturing

- Automobiles

- White Goods

- Cross-functional or techno-commercial exposure across the value chain will be an added advantage
