Desai Bandhu Ambewale Amar is a 95+ year-old family business with a strong legacy in Ratnagiri Alphonso mangoes and value-added products.

Building on this legacy, we have launched House of Sips, our new-age beverage brand bringing traditional Indian flavours into a contemporary format.

As our sales and distribution operations expand, we are looking for an MIS Executive – Sales & Business Operations to strengthen our reporting and information systems.

Role Description The MIS Executive will be responsible for extracting, maintaining, validating and presenting business and sales data to help management track performance and make informed decisions.

The role will work closely with our Sales, Business Operations and Management teams and will involve working with our internal sales reporting system, MyCo, along with Excel-based MIS formats.

Key Responsibilities

Extract and maintain reports from Sales App.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Sales MIS

Track targets vs achievements

Prepare salesperson, territory, distributor and channel-wise reports

Consolidate sales and business data for management reviews

Maintain and validate master data

Identify missing,



incorrect or inconsistent entries and coordinate with the concerned teams

Prepare dashboards, summaries and performance reports

Maintain accuracy and timely circulation of MIS

Support management with ad-hoc data and reporting requirements

Help improve and automate recurring MIS processes

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in MIS, Sales MIS, Reporting or Sales Operations preferred

Strong/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential

Good knowledge of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts, data cleaning and report preparation

Strong numerical and analytical ability

High attention to detail and data accuracy

Ability to work with large datasets and multiple reports

Good communication and coordination skills

Experience in FMCG / F&B; / distribution / sales-driven businesses would be an advantage

Knowledge of Power BI would be an added advantage

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Management, Statistics or a related field
