Designation-General Manager(Finance & Accounts)

Location -Navi Mumbai

Working Days-Monday-Friday(10 am-6 pm)

Reporting To: CEO / Director

Experience: 12+ years

Qualification: B. Com; M.Com/ CA/ICWA/CMA/CPA preferred

We are looking for a senior Finance skilled to lead multi-entity, multi-country Finance & Accounts operations across India, UAE, Singapore and USA. The role will own financial reporting, P&L; performance, statutory compliance, treasury, banking, forex, financial planning and finance strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own overall Finance & Accounts strategy, financial performance and P&L.;

- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and book closure.

- Prepare/review standalone and consolidated financial statements.

- Manage statutory, tax and regulatory compliance across multiple countries.

- Handle banking relationships, treasury management and forex strategy.

- Provide financial insights,



forecasting and strategic recommendations to CEO/Directors.

- Lead budgeting, financial modelling and long-range planning.

- Manage external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory stakeholders.

- Evaluate and implement finance systems, tools and process improvements.

- Lead, develop and manage the Finance team.
