We’re Hiring | Legal Intern | Immediate Joiners
CredResolve is looking for a Legal Intern to join our team in Gurugram.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Vet and review legal, loan, security, and property documents
- Draft Demand Notices, Loan Recall Notices, Default Notices, and other recovery-related legal notices
- Assist in drafting SARFAESI Section 13(2) Demand Notices and Section 13(3A) replies/representations
- Assist with Possession Notices and other SARFAESI-related documentation
- Support Lok Adalat matters, including case preparation, documentation and settlement-related work
- Conduct legal research on SARFAESI, debt recovery, Lok Adalat, and relevant case laws
- Prepare case summaries, legal notes, and responses to borrower representations
- Coordinate with advocates and internal teams for legal documentation and case management
