Role Description The Lean Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. This role involves assessing client operations, mapping processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending lean solutions aligned with business objectives.

The Lean

Consultant will facilitate workshops, train client teams on lean tools and methodologies, and coach leaders to embed continuous improvement practices. The position also includes preparing reports and presentations, supporting implementation of improvement initiatives, tracking performance metrics,



and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Lean Management and Operational Excellence methodologies, including process mapping and continuous improvement tools.
- Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting, with the ability to diagnose organizational challenges and propose practical solutions.
- Demonstrated Coaching skills to guide client teams and leaders in adopting lean practices and sustaining improvements.
- Proven ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and professional approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field; lean or Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience working on operational improvement projects in manufacturing, services, or other relevant sectors is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site with clients in Chandigarh and occasionally travel to client locations as required
