System Analyst (Pega)

Role: Pega System Analyst / Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Pega functional requirements.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams.

- Create BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.

- Analyze existing Pega applications and identify process/system improvement opportunities.

- Strong understanding of Pega Case Management, workflows, business rules, SLAs, decisioning, and integrations.

- Conduct requirement workshops and clarify functional requirements with development teams.

- Review Pega solution designs and ensure alignment with business requirements.

- Support UAT, defect analysis, production issues,



and release activities.

- Identify gaps between current and future-state processes and recommend solutions.

- Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and delivered functionality.

Required Skills:

- Strong Pega functional/business analysis experience.

- Positive knowledge of Pega Platform and Case Management.

- Experience with User Stories, Jira, Agile/Scrum, BRD/FRD, and UAT.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to understand Pega configurations and communicate effectively with technical teams.

- Pega certification such as CSA/CSSA is preferred.
