Key Responsibilities

- Test Design and Execution: Experience in test planning, test case design, and execution, focusing on critical, high-impact testing activities. Take ownership of quality assurance deliverables within projects.

- Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication: Serve as a primary QA contact for development and product management teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration and ensuring testing results and processes are clearly communicated.

- Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Maintain awareness of new testing technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices. Share findings with the QA team and the Technical Lead, suggesting ways to leverage new insights for improved quality and efficiency.

Required Experience
- Basic (1+ years) experience in automation with Python programming skills:
- experience with backend / API testing.

- relevant contribution to development of an automation framework.

- solid understanding of OOP concepts.

- Basic (1+ years) experience with Networking concepts, protocols, traffic generation/inspection tools.

- Basic experience with Linux CLI, bash scripting,



and virtualization technologies.

- Basic experience with API testing tools e.g.: Postman, Swagger etc.

- Basic experience with version control tools e.g.: Git, Perforce, BitBucket etc.

- Basic experience with defect tracking systems (Jira, TargetProcess, Mantis, Trello).

- Basic experience with Agile/Scrum development (Scrum, Kanban).

- Basic knowledge of testing methodologies including black-box, white-box, and gray-box testing. Knowledge of various testing types including functional, regression, integration, and security testing.

- Basic experience as a Software QA Engineer with proven success in test planning, execution, and documentation.

- Good experience with analyzing requirements, identifying test scenarios, and developing effective test plans, cases, and scripts.

- Good collaboration and communication skills in English, with ability to explain complex technical issues clearly.

- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

Additional Preferred Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

- Professional QA certifications demonstrating commitment to best practices (ISTQB, CSTE).

- In-depth understanding of both software development lifecycle (SDLC)



and software testing lifecycle (STLC).

- Expertise in performance and scalability testing using industry-standard tools.
