The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Java or Python, practical knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, and experience working with modern development workflows. You should also be comfortable using AI coding assistants and agents as part of everyday development while maintaining solid engineering judgement through careful review, testing, and validation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain reliable software applications and services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code using Java or Python.




- Apply strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, databases, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including version control, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Understand existing system architecture, components, design decisions, dependencies, and technical trade-offs.
- Translate product and technical requirements into scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Use AI coding assistants and development agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot as part of daily engineering workflows.
- Break complex engineering tasks into well-defined steps and provide effective prompts and context to AI development tools.
