Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- A master's degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in Pune is Preferred.
- Total 6 +yrs of experience with minimum of 4+ years of exposure in real estate sales, with at least 3 + years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Should have experience in handling a team of at least 10 full time employees
- Proven ability to manage team performance, workflow allocation, and day-to-day operations
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members

Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Pune real estate market and property trends.
- Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive sales decisions.
- High level of motivation and the ability to work under pressure.
