ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive business development across our Realty and Hospitality verticals. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, property/site visits, hospitality sales, follow-ups, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Realty:

Generate leads through references, networking, digital channels, and direct sales.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Conduct property presentations and site visits.

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.

Handle customer negotiations and support the sales process.

Build relationships with buyers, investors, channel partners, and other stakeholders.





Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Hospitality:

Generate new business opportunities for the hospitality vertical.

Develop relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event planners, institutions, and potential customers.

Promote rooms, events, banquets, F&B;, packages, and other hospitality services.

Handle corporate enquiries, group bookings, events, and client requirements.

Conduct client meetings, property visits, presentations, and follow-ups.

Develop current accounts and maintain existing client relationships.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Achieve assigned revenue targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

2–5 years of relevant sales or business development experience.

Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Travel, F&B;, Retail, Banking, Insurance, or B2B
