The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound leads, understand student requirements, provide tailored course guidance, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Responsibilities for Inside Sales:
Course Promotion and Sales:
• Actively promote and sell courses to prospective students.
Inside Sales Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls and assess the needs of prospective students.
• Conduct phone calls and zoom to discuss course offerings and answer questions.
• Develop tailored solutions for clients based on their educational goals and interests.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales activity.
• Follow up with leads promptly to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into enrolments.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain solid relationships with students and educational institutions.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to students throughout the enrolment process. Market Research and Insights:
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings in the Edutech space.
• Gather feedback from students and prospects to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Sales Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
